The African terrain and human factors/activities pose different
challenges in the use and cost-efficiencies of cleaning, degreasing,
de-scaling, disinfecting, water treatment, etc chemical products from those of
some other parts of the world. These distinct challenges result in very poor or
low efficiencies and excessive quantitative applications with inherent
expensiveness in using most of these chemical products manufactured for use in
other parts of the world without proper research and development followed by
User-Experience (UX) iterations for improvements in Africa.

working together with our partners across Africa and other parts of the World,
over the years, have researched and developed, and improving in the
manufacturing of cleaning, degreasing, de-scaling, disinfecting, water
treatment, etc chemical products in Nigeria and most African countries for
household, water treatment, institutional, industrial and oilfield uses. These
we do by taking into consideration "the African terrain and human
factors/activities" affecting the use, human and environmental safety, and
economic efficiencies of these chemical products and thus offering "MADE-IN-NIGERIA AFRICHEMICAL
SOLUTIONS". We have redefined our
innovation process and culture by establishing systematic procedures and
management to improve the satisfaction of consumers and exceed their
expectations. The continuous use of User Experience (UX) and necessary
iterations from feedbacks have made our innovations to be successful and more customer-oriented.
MACJAMES innovative chemical products have won awards and recognized
for innovation by national and international organizations: Selected for
Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation 2014/2015 by Royal Academy of
Engineering, United Kingdom; Federal Government of Nigeria Youth Enterprise
with Innovation in Nigeria (YouWin1) award 2012; Winner of Unilever Foundry
Ideas’ “Clean Water Challenge” 2016; Selected among top innovations in Africa by
Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) 2016; Qualified for “Create the Future
Design Contest” 2013 ,2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 sponsored by SAE International,
COMSOL and MOUSER Electronics, U.S.A., among others.
MACJAMES Chemical products,
approved by NAFDAC for household/institutional uses, and Department of
Petroleum Resources (DPR) for use in Nigeria Oil and Gas industry are being
sold in Nigeria major cities like; Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja, Warri, Aba,
Uyo, Kano, etc.
We have concluded successful User Experience (UX) tests in Ghana,
Botswana and South Africa and thereafter, exported to these three African
Countries (last year and this year), and signing Exclusive Distributorship
Agreement. We also have good indications for the use of products in other Africa
countries like Kenya, Swaziland, Togo, etc.
These feats have not been simple and easy tasks but with great
partners and commitments, it keeps getting better.
