MACJAMES® MMDC-11 is an economical 

multi-surface/multipurpose Oilfield-Industrial and Household-Institutional (OI&HI) degreaser/cleaner that emulsifies and cleanses a large array of organic and inorganic dirt from various washable surfaces/substrates (metal, plastic, wood, concrete, rubber, PVC, ceramic, leather, glass, rugs, fabric, etc) without deforming them, harming the users or environment. It is a surface active emulsifying, non-solvent based, non-acidic, and non-toxic foaming degreaser/cleaner. It emulsifies grease, oil, rust, asphalt, heavy dirt, carbon deposits, grime, slag, sludge, mud, scales, soot, mildew and mould, others alike, with it and cleanses them from the various washable substrates without deforming their surfaces, unlike most degreasers/cleaners in the market today. It is an economically efficient heavy and light duty (water-diluted only) ready-and-easy to apply degreaser/cleaner with safe surface active strength and emulsifying properties.

 It is produced using refined organic and inorganic chemical raw materials and is water-based, environmentally friendly and biodegradable. One of the vital features of this innovation is that it saves the health and lives of users as it does not contain any traces of petroleum distillates or organic solvents, unlike other degreasers popularly in use today that contain solvents which have been confirmed harmful to users and environment by causing systems failure, damage to the peripheral nervous system, infertility, lungs and liver damage/cancers, seizure and death on overexposure, etc and ground/surface water/air contamination (Ref: The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR),Federal Public Health Agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services;(www.atsdr.cdc.gov/emes/public/docs/Health%20Effects%20of%20Chemical%20Exposure%20FS.pdf)),among others.

APPLICATION INFORMATION:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

ü       Use on all washable water-safe surfaces only.

ü       Spray, apply with brush, or soak soiled surfaces and substrates.

ü       Allow solution to penetrate for 1 - 5 minutes, depending on soil level.

ü       Scouring or Scrubbing or high pressure application is recommended to remove stubborn deposits.

ü       Rinse or flush with clean water until surface is free from dirt and chemical.

MACJAMES®MMDC-11 -  MULTISURFACE DEGREASER/CLEANER is known to be environmentally friendly, non-toxic and safe for general health but commonsense precautions are recommended.

     

PRECAUTIONS:

Ø    Keep away from children

Ø    Use hand gloves during application and approved chemical PPE.

Ø    Do not drink.

Ø    Avoid contact with eyes or skin, otherwise flush with plenty water.

Ø    Wash hands with water after using chemicals.

Ø    If swallowed, drink water and see a doctor.

Ø    Dilute with plenty water before disposal.
